We had school photo's today. We all looked pretty gorgeous!
We went to Studio 6 to do some shared singing. One of the songs we sang was "Mr Clickety Kane"
Today we wrote about "The Lion in the Meadow". Ariki said "The Lion got chased away by the dragon".
We are reading Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Today we drew Willy Wonka and we are making a giant chocolate bar picture.

Monday
Our Olympic day was cancelled because it was raining. We felt disappointed but Mr Maindonald will let us know when we are going to try again. Ariki said "We might have it next week"
Felix helped Kobie with his Olympic maths.
Josh M said "we made cool flags"
Eligh, James, Kobie, Kain, Joshua T, Joshua M and Jordan played hide and seek at lunch time.
Imogen and Zoe played sisters and Kain and Tahlia played spy kids.
Ariki, Mica and Libby played by the library.
Joshua T did amazing reading with Mrs Henderson

Olympic Day
Tomorrow is Olympic Day at KBS. Studio 1 is representing Tonga so please come dressed in red and white (or full school uniform).

First Day of Term 3
Welcome Back Everyone!
Today was our first day with our 7 new Studio 1 members. They are in year 1.
Billy said "Our mat is very full"
Felix said "It's good that we have new friends"
